excellent stay near the promenade
friendly staffquiet arealimited parking
the lady at reception was very friendly upon arrival. the room included tea and coffee facilities. the location is in a quiet area and the tram stop is just across the road. breakfast offered cereals, fruit juice, and fruit.
the bathroom looked tired and needs more attention from housekeeping. i found limited parking near the hotel, it is quite far out. there is a tram stop just over the road which is useful, though.

great location
i found the location great for accessing the promenade. i appreciated the quiet setting near south shore.

the owners were really friendly. they ensured i had everything i needed and were attentive to any requests i had . they created a comfortable environment.

free parking was available right outside the hotel which was very convenient. the continental breakfast offered a beautiful selection of choices. i was able to easily take away some packet breakfast items for a journey.

the room provided clean white sheets and towels plus handy toiletries. the family room size easily accomodated my kids. a double room was very tidy, super clean and cozy with a sea view.
